- Current Good Manufacturing Practice and a valid third-party audit certificate
- A site visit or virtual audit and an FDA inspection history review before admission
- A yearly review against these standards
- Notice within five business days of any FDA Form 483, warning letter or recall that affects your product
- Product liability insurance on file
